These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iesoskincare.com and any purchase you make from it (the "Services"). The Services are provided by Ieso Skincare ("Ieso," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
• You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping any account login secure. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.

2. Our products are cosmetics

Ieso products are cosmetics intended to improve the look and feel of skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and our content is general information, not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about an ingredient, talk to a healthcare professional before use.

Read the full ingredient list before use. Patch test on a small area first and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep products out of reach of children and follow the directions on the label.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
• An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it or confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.
• Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
• We may limit quantities per customer.

4. Items offered before they are in stock

When an item is offered for pre-order, you are charged at checkout and we ship when stock arrives. Delivery dates shown for pre-orders are estimates. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If we cannot ship within the window we stated, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Subscribe and Save

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The terms, including price, frequency and how to cancel, are in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names and software, is owned by or licensed to Ieso Skincare. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us feedback, photos or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Services. We will not publish your name or image in advertising without asking you first. Content must be honest, lawful and your own.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by interfering with their operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping them at scale, or using them for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on third parties such as Shopify, payment processors and carriers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and their own terms apply.

11. Disclaimers

We work to keep information on the Services accurate, but it may contain errors, and we may correct it at any time. Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Individual results from cosmetic products vary.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ieso Skincare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@iesoskincare.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and Ieso Skincare about the Services.
