How subscriptions work

Subscribe and save lets you receive MATRIX Peptide Serum on a repeating schedule at a lower price. This page explains how it works. We may update it from time to time.

Price and schedule

• Subscribers save 10% on each subscription order compared with the one-time price.
• You choose a delivery every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks when you subscribe.
• Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout, the same as for one-time orders.

Billing

• Your subscription renews automatically. Each order is charged to the payment method you saved at checkout, on the schedule you chose.
• If a payment fails, we retry the payment three times, one week apart, and email you. If it still fails, the subscription is cancelled.
• If an item is out of stock when an order is due, we skip that order and email you.

Managing your subscription

• You can skip an order, change your delivery frequency, update your payment or shipping details, or cancel at any time. There is no fee to cancel.
• Sign in to your account and open Subscriptions.
• Changes apply to your next order that has not yet been processed. Orders already processed are not affected.
